The “Weifang Cup III” International Youth Football Tournament will be hold during August??? 8th to 15th, 2009, in Weifang Shandong province, China.

　　The tournament is jointly sponsored by the CFA and the People's Government of Weifang municipality, and jointly held by Shandong Luneng football school and Beijing Shenzhou Xingyuan Sports Co.,Ltd.

　　We are sure that this highly organized international football event, initiated by Shandong Luneng Taishan Football School, will develop the communication among youth players all over the world, strengthen the understanding and friendship each other, know new friends and will share the happiness of world youth football game.

　　I.Tournament date: August 8th to 15th, 2009
　　Team registration is on August 8th, 2009, and the tournament begins on August 9th 2009.

　　II.Age Group: Boys born January 1, 1991 & later and age will be verified according to passport.

　　III.Participation
　　1. Participating member: 27 person(5 officials and 22 players)
　　2. Team register 2 days before competition and leave 1 day after competition
　　3. Players conduct a comprehensive physical examination, medical institutions and stamp their own chapter recognition;

　　IV.Competition Rules
　　Eight teams divided into A and B two groups, and each 4 teams respectively play round robin system. The top two teams of group play cross, winner for the final game and loser teams play for the third and firth place of the competition. Other teams will play for 5th to 8th places.

　　1．Qualification:
　　Beats the preliminaries for three points each, tie one point for each team, the loser zero point. 　　V.Competition related rules
　　Execute the latest FIFA approved "rules and regulations of football competition".

　　The match plays 90 minutes with interval time not more than 15 minutes;

　　All athletes are eligible to join the competition going to the battlefield; 30 minutes before the start of each match, coaches fill in 11 athletes and 7 substitutes placing to the fourth officials. Five players allowed in each team in every match to replace, out athletes can not play in again.

　　Competition referee produce red, yellow card, player who gets one red card or two yellow cards accumulated will be under natural stop in a game. Yellow cards are cumulative effect in this race; The game will naturally stop in case one team in the tournament field with less than seven players, and the team will be judged as abstention. The other sub-sets victory by 3:0, if the competition ends with score over 3:0, the play scores effect.

　　Each team must have two different-colored clothing and protect socks, wearing color filling in a register list. Competition teams names, numbers to be in line with the reported list, or not going to the competitions;

　　Goalkeepers color should be obviously different in the competition from other team members wearing costumes; Tight Pants team wearing in competition should be same with the color shorts in matches. Captain wear 6 cm wide armband with clear distinction from color T-shirt.

　　VI.Competition Supervision, Supervising judge and Referee

　　VII.The host will supply the cost of transportation for participating
　　Teams from Jinan or Qingdao to host place; Every team take charge of their international travel and insurance. The organizer supply accommodation costs for 27 persons of each participating teams during the tournament, supernumerary person pay 100 dollars per day;
Chinese Football Association is responsible for monitoring competition.

　　VIII．Rewards
　　The top three teams will be awarded champion, runners-up and third place trophies. The tournament will reward the best player, best goalkeeper, best scorer, and the best team. The first two teams will be invited to participant for the next year.
